About Me:
Hi, I’m Paige!
I am a graduate student in Sport Psychology at Florida State University, pursuing my master's degree and working toward certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I work with youth and collegiate athletes to help them strengthen the mental side of performance.
As a former four-year Division I softball player at Lafayette College, I understand the demands of competitive sport. I've experienced the pressure to perform, setbacks, and injuries, as well as the confidence, growth, and joy that sport can bring. Through those experiences, I learned that some of the biggest obstacles athletes face are not physical—they're mental.
My goal is to help athletes develop the confidence, resilience, and mental skills needed to perform at their best. I believe true success comes from pursuing excellence while finding joy in the process. When athletes are thriving as people, both performance and well-being can flourish.
Whether you're striving to perform at a higher level, navigating challenges in your sport, or simply looking to enjoy the game again, I am passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the field!
